Loving this! Nothing better than seeing a man in a tidy shirt cooking some italian!!!
MsIsland Spice is correct, a bechamel sauce is made by first making a roux and then adding milk or cream. In this recipe that would require you to remove the shrimp from the pan, thereby creating an extra time consuming step, which is why I add the milk first and the flour mixed with water later.
I kinda remember doing this for Culinary Arts. thats why i was asking.. thanks
Bechamel sauce is melting butter, sprinlking in flour and making a paste then adding some milk. the title clearly says alfredo sauce!!
I had a craving for homemade alfredo…and shrimp.. ^_^ U made my day, ty :D *stomach growls* hehe

I didn’t use any wine in this, but a small amount of some dry white wine could be added if you wish. Be careful not to add too much and overpower the other flavors.
Great dish and look delicius, I’m going to try it with my wife, just one question, what kind of wine did you use??……one again congratulation and go ahead.
