How to cook chicken kabobs in the oven?
I am making bbq chicken kabobs in the oven tonight, since our grill is broken. How long and at what temperature should I cook them?

Do it on your broiler instead if you have that on your stove. If not, use very high heat (as hot as your oven gets). Check them after 15 minutes and if not done, give them another 3-5 minutes.
I recommend using steel skewers for the oven because it will cook the inside at the same time and allow you to shorten the cooking time and get a crisp outside and juicy inside product.
Here is a recipe for kabobs in the oven..just follow it with what you want to cook with..

I would either place under the grill in the oven or cook them in a frying pan on top, turning every 5 minutes on medium high heat.
if you have to cook them in the oven, keep the temp at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (or until cooked through)
